- At AJC, Stern filed the Vestal School District Title VI complaint and co-authored the 2011 article with AAUP President Cary Nelson on abuse of the working definition, writing at the request of AJC’s legal committee with senior staff endorsement; AJC eventually withdrew its support for that statement (PDF p.4, p.7, footnote 12).
- The 2002 and 2007 presidents’ ads Stern coordinated at AJC are no longer on the AJC website, as Appendices A and B note (PDF p.16-17).
