- Pending an independent network, the commercial agreement with Bezeq covers supply of certain services in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, and in international telephony agreements are concluded with Bezeq or other duly-licensed Israeli companies; details of payments between the Palestinian side and Bezeq or those companies are agreed in the commercial agreement(s), applying until the sides agree an international gateway and international code for the Palestinian side and it commences operation (Israeli-Palestinian Interim Agreement on the West Bank and the Gaza Strip (28 September 1995), PDF p.137-138).
